Harnessing the power of Investors & Issuers to enhance the effectiveness of UK Markets
Our Aim
The Investor & Issuer Forum (I&IF) was established in late 2024 to bring together senior leaders – asset owners, investors and companies with a broad spectrum of expertise to address the practical challenges shaping the UK equity investment chain.
Its aim is simple: to improve how the system functions in practice by enhancing the effectiveness of interactions across the chain, reducing friction, and supporting better-informed decision-making in pursuit of long-term sustainable value creation.
Improving how the UK equity market works in practice is a shared responsibility. We often have more alignment across the investment chain than we realise – the challenge is making that work. The I&IF exists to support this, working with the market to improve how the system functions day to day.
